a.       PIHAK PERTAMA dengan ini mengalihkan segala hak dan kepentingan atas tanah tersebut, beserta benda-benda yang ada diatasnya kepada PIHAK KEDUA menerima perngalihan penguasaan sebidang tanah beserta benda-benda yang berada diatasnya dengan cara memberikan uanggant irugi kepada PIHAK PERTAMA.

b.      Pengalihan ganti rugi untuk pengalihan segala hak dan kepentingan atas sebidang tanah beserta benda-benda yang berada diatasnya sebagaimana tersebut pada butir (a) telah disepakati dan ditetapkan oleh kedua belah pihak baik PIHAK PERTAMA maupun PIHAK KEDUA sebesar  Rp. ..................................... Regional varieties to giving thanks in Indonesia

Abstract

This article discusses about the regional variety to giving a thanks in a society of Indonesia. Indonesia is the state of the many culture, community,and a society. One of the phenomenal in the society is to giving thanks, everyday, everywhere and everyonecan do it because it is the tradition so we must understand about regional variety especially to giving a thanks in Indonesia. Creating a positive response of community is an important aspect if you become a teacher and going to the many regionsin Indonesia. It is for keeping the interaction between ateacher and society in variety language at community so that it increases the ability and the positive value in society. Then, the regional variety can give a motivation to another people for giving thanks although in the different society. In addition, this article also describes the regional variety to giving thanks in Indonesia.

INRTODUCTION

Socio linguistic is the study of language in relation to society(Peter Matthew,1997).And sociolinguistic the field that studies the relation between language and society, between the uses of language and society structures in which the users of language live(BernandSpolsky).Language is a method of communication certain feeling of it users that can cause definite impact. Chomsky, language is essentially unique to human kind in the sense that it has features and purposes that make it unparallel.Different speech communities living in different regions normally speak different language.Hudson(1992:22) a variety of language is defined as a set of language items with the similar distribution.  The most extensive type of language variation is regional or geographic variation.

DISCUSSION

Regional Variety

Different speech communities living in different regions normally speak different language. The same language can be also spoken in different region. And the varieties mainly develop after the people speaking the same language leave their homeland and separate themselves from one another in the new region. Hudson (1992:22) a variety oflanguage is defined as a set of language items with the similar distribution.  The most extensive type of language variation is regional or geographic variation. This variation develops as a result of limited communication between different parts a community due to various geographical barriers, such as mountain ranges and river.  Dialect is one example of regional variety. It is stated by wolfram, that dialect refers to regional or ethnic varieties of a language which is used by a community.The example of dialect: Paula is old womanwho live in a rural village of Bengkulu province in Indonesia.  She is buy some cake and the seller say maturnuwun, but Paula do not know what is the seller speak because the seller isjavaneese and they are different regional or community.

Variety language in Indonesia

            Bahasa Indonesia is the standardized dialect ofNusantara. Indonesia is the statutory national language of Indonesia where it is spoken by close to 23 million people and the symbolism or the national motto is Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Indonesia arebilingual, and many are province, to varying of many languages, Bahasa Indonesia is the formality language in the school and society. Be sides Indonesia had the many variety of language, that is because the distributing of different state, history and island in Indonesia. That is the cause of variety language, culture and a quarter in Indonesia.

There are many variety languagesin Indonesia:

 Bahasa jawa, Bahasa melayu, Bahasa sunda, Bahasa Madura, Bahasa batak, Bahasa minangkabau, Bahasa bugis, Bahasa aceh, Bahasa bali, Bahasa banjar, Bahasa dayak.

Many people In Indonesia have the variety language since a baby, because it is the regional variety oflanguage or the mother tongue ( first language).

Regional variety to giving thanks in Indonesia.

Indonesia is the state of the many island, culture, society and community. The phenomena in the society of Indonesia is giving a thanks. Indonesia hadthe many variation of language that are the product of kind community, society and culture. There are many regions in Indonesia: Sumatra, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Irianjaya. In all sorts of island have the different language and tradition to giving a thanks the example: thank you,maturnuwun (javaneese), tarimokasih (Sumatra), amanase (papua), haturnuhun (Sunda), terimokasih(jambi), suksema(bali), muliate(batak), tampiaseh(sasak, kurusumanga(toraja), sauweghele(nias), tarimakasih(banjar), sakalangkong(Madura), mejuah-juah(karo).Then, the regional variety can give a motivation to another people for giving thanks although in the different society,it is the tradition not only in Indonesia but it is being the world and we must do know the regional variation to giving thanks in Indonesia, because that is increases the ability and the positive value in society.

CONCLUSION

            This article has provided a brief overview of the Regional variety to giving thanks and suitable from the culture and community in Indonesia. In addition, regional variety language be able to give the information about the kind of language and appropriate with the language live. In my experience the comprehension about good communication to giving a thanks in the many culture and community in Indonesia it is very important and always be positive. Although Indonesia has a standard language, Bahasa Indonesia for unitythe different language in Indonesia, but we must knowledge about regional variety to giving thanks in Indonesia because it increase the ability and positive value in society.
